HEALTH: Penis Enlargement is it safe


Women do anything and everything to be physically beautiful – liposuction, breast and butt implants, facial surgery, even rib removal. Why shouldn’t men’s insecurities be addressed? Women whine and cry everyday about fixing their physical imperfections; why shouldn’t we empathize with men?  .
For those of you that have considered getting an increase in size for reasons best known to you, I am on my knees begging you not to. Forget what you may have read in a magazine or googled on the internet – there is no known foolproof way to increase size.
Yeah, there are several things you can do to increase junior’s size including taking pills, creams, herbs, stretching exercises, fat insertion, and penis surgery. These methods may work, but marketers only want their money, and will not tell you of the serious side effects which include erectile dysfunction. Omo, you really do not want to get into a situation where you cannot sustain an erection. Bad for you, bad for madam.

With surgery and fat insertions, it is very easy to get infections or even worse, have a lumpy, bumpy, uneven penis. YUK!! The visual is not appealing, at all. In some treatments, you might end up with a smaller size than you started with. Long term effects include infertility. HAHA! You look for trouble, trouble come find you well, well.

Some people recommend exercises and penis lengtheners but you have to be careful with those. The penis is a very sensitive organ, and very easily nerves can be damaged and cause permanent damage to your member. In addition, the kind of muscle in the penis does not get bigger with exercise.

Some things you can do to enhance blood flow:

1)     Quit smoking: smoking narrows the aterties and limits flow to the organ

2)     Exercise regularly to increase blood flow in the arteries to all parts of the body. Exercise also helps you lose weight

3)     Eat more fruits and vegetables

Omo, there is too much information on this gist, but this is an important topic and I have researched many websites - medically approved ones, a few shady ones and random blogs. I just want to give you the gist like it is- no gimmicks, no lies. So love yourself the way you are and if you have a chick that ever uses your size to give you grief, dumb her. FAST!
