Plleeaassseeee oohhh my brothers, help me tell my sisters that we are in N-A-I-J-A. Some songs are NOT applicable. Ok, she can pay her bills, drives her own car, and doesn’t even need you to pay for the monthly salon visit. She’s got options –jobs and admirers. But that does not mean she should start disrespecting you or threatening to walk out of the relationship every time there’s a hitch.

There is a thin line between being independent, and being arrogant as a self-sustained female. Guys love a woman that isn’t materially needy, a woman that can take care of herself. But when that woman starts to use her blessings to make her man feel insecure…my sister, Park. Very. Well.

The trouble with women is that they often don’t know when to stop. My dear, remind her that it’s a man’s world, whether she likes it or not! Didn’t God create Adam before Eve???? Lol.

 Don’t go acting like a bush Igbo man to prove your point oh, yelling, ignoring her or flirting with other chicks. Talk it out with her; communicate so that your lady appreciates her man. YES, BOSS!

HEALTH: JOCK ITCH

Jock itch is a form of ringworm – a fungal infection of skin, hair or nails. Jock itch looks like a patchy rash and is itchy. The edge of the rash may be scaly or have bumps that look like blisters. This fungus can flourish in moist body parts like the groin, inner thighs or buttocks.

You can get ringworm from public showers or locker rooms, so all you men that play soccer at Astro Turf, please be wary. These places are steamy with damp towels and sweaty work out outfits. I can just see those fungal species dancing kukere. Yeesh.

Although, it’s not very serious, nobody like itching so see a doctor/ pharmacist if you get such symptoms and get a prescription for an antifungal cream.

And before you start revving junior’s engine, please know that jock itch, while it isn’t an STD, can DEFINITELY BE TRANSMITTED during sex (Is there anything that can’t be transmitted during sex? Nawa oh)
